Lors du Show de Smackdown le 17/04/09 il y'a eu un match entre Ted Dibiase un membre de la Legacy et Batista qui est revenu recemment, le match commence il se porte chacun des coups,Ted Dibiase blesse un peut Batista mais Batista ne se laisse pas faire alors il porte sa prise de finition(Finisher)le Batista Bomb il en finit avec lui Batista remporte se match et repart en boitant un peut.
